January 2012

From Our President

Dear Camp Family,

Luanne and I greet you in the powerful name of Jesus. More than ever in our lives, we have experienced His continuing power, and we are not the same because of that power. “Amazing Grace” is more than a song. It is the gift of salvation, but it also is what we experience every new day. Just to think that God gave His Son to die, to provide grace we don’t deserve, to get us ready for Heaven, is sometimes overwhelming. But, we thank Him every day for that grace. We anticipate another blessed camp meeting. Our workers are ready, our street prayer meetings are in session, the campus is ready, and God wants to pour out His amazing grace once again. Our prayer is that there will be nothing in any of us that would hinder the work of the Spirit.

We look forward to seeing all of you once again, and anticipate amazing grace being poured out!

In the powerful name of Jesus,

-- Eldred Kelley

The first day of the study is Jan. 3 and will continue each Tuesday morning through March except Tuesday, Feb. 7, which is during Camp Meeting. There will be a special surprise for those attending the studies so don't miss the first one.

The Strange Preacher's Kid

Why do we come to Jesus? Are we looking for miracles? for souvenirs? Or are we prepared to receive what he so desires to give us: life in Him and He in us now and forever.
