Improved Communications

We have completed a comprehensive Camp Directory that is available to people associated with Avon Park Camp. It is password protected on purpose, if you need the password contact Gary Good, it will only be shared with people associated with Avon Park Camp.

We have been using the new communications system to send various email messages to various groups of people. Messages will be send via email not as text messages as there is a fee to send SMS text messages, and will only be used on an emergency basis.  

It is critical that we have an accurate email address for you if you desire to get communications from Camp personnel.  You can provide your current email address to Brenda in the office and she will update your information in the system.

From time to time we will also be sending you an email asking you to review and update the information we have for you in our system to ensure it is accurate and up to date.
