Rollings Dormitory

Rollings Dormitory features a new kitchen area with many amenities.

The large front porch has rocking chairs to enjoy the warm weather. You walk in to a large communal living area with Basic Cable TV, comfortable seating, and a piano. WiFi is available for a fee. Linens provided.

Rooms are approximately 180 sq. ft. and some of the 25 rooms have a tub and shower, while others have a shower only.

Dormitory rental rates listed below are effective September 1, 2026.

All Rooms with a Full Bath

$60 Daily $275 Weekly $800 Monthly

Reservations are guaranteed with a $50 deposit.

Schoenhals Dormitory

Schoenhals Dormitory features a newly-renovated kitchen and communal living area.

The dorm has Basic Cable TV in the Living Room, comfortable seating and a full kitchenette. WiFi is available for a fee. Linens provided.

The dormitory has 25 rooms that have either a full or half bath. Rooms are approximately 160 sq. ft.

Watts-Hughes Dormitory

Watts-Hughes Dormitory features newly painted rooms and a new kitchenette.

Watts-Hughes is close to the Tabernacle, the pickle ball court and the putt-putt course. It has a large front porch and chairs for you to enjoy the warmeth or watch the pickleballers play. When you want company, you can just walk out to the porch, and before long, someone will come by to visit. Going inside, you will walk in to a large communal living area with Basic Cable TV, comfortable seating, and a piano. WiFi is available for a fee. Linens are provided.
